2021 Holiday Shipping - Our Guarantee

Our distributor, USPS, FedEx and UPS are experiencing some delays due to a record breaking volume of packages and other factors.

We at Emily C have our hearts in our throats a bit this holiday shipping season, as we cherish being a special and meaningful part of your gift giving tradition, but we are completely reliant on these organizations to get our necklaces to their recipients.

If you want to receive your necklace before December 25, please use the following guide to select your shipping speed. (Our free shipping option uses USPS First Class Mail, and we do not recommend using this for holiday gifts after Thursday, December 16th.  If the order is not placed by 12 PM EST, there is a chance it may not be shipped out until the next business day.

We want to encourage you to purchase your holiday gifts from us, so here is our guarantee: if you place your order with any of our expedited shipping options by 12 PM EST on the deadlines listed above, to a valid US address* and it does not arrive by December 25, we will refund your shipping fee.

*Please note- FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes, and we are unable to offer this money back guarantee for shipping address located in Alaska or Hawaii.
